Teleflex® Rüsch Asherman Chest Seal™

Utilized as standard rapid managementin emergency situations for the U.S. army, navy, and air force the asherman chest seal is an item every responder needs for the treatment of open chest injuries (open pneumothorax or sucking chest wound). Designed for use on open chest or other injuries that could compromise the pleural space of the chest cavity the asherman chest seal's unique circular design and one-way valve let air and blood escape while preventing re-entry and automatically vents chest wounds.
