This Simulation Sleeves Kit contains 10 different sleeves, allowing you to simulate combat injuries. The kit includes a packable wound, with an integrated bleeding tube. Injuries represented on these sleeves include gunshot wounds, stab wounds, and exposed abdominal wounds. To create a more realistic effect, we recommend adding our Sticky Blood A and Sweat & Tears, in order to enable you to simulate the skins realistic reaction to the varying tactical and ballistic injuries available.
